Refund Policy for Pixel & Code

At Pixelncode, we strive to provide high-quality website design and digital services to our clients. Due to the nature of digital services and custom development work, our refund policy is outlined below to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

1. Website Design Services

Website design and development services are customized according to each client’s requirements. Because work begins after project onboarding, refunds are limited under the following conditions:

Before Work Begins: Clients may request a full refund if the request is made before the project onboarding process begins and before any work has started.

After Work Has Started: Once the design or development process has begun, refunds are generally not available due to the time and resources invested in the project.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, Pixelncode may issue a partial refund depending on the amount of work already completed.

2. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
Payments for services such as on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content writing, and other digital marketing services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, if the service has not yet started, a refund request may be considered.

3. Add-On Services
Additional services such as graphic design, animation/video work, hosting setup, or domain-related services are non-refundable once the work has started or the service has been delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by lack of client communication or missing materials do not qualify for refunds.

5. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, Pixelncode reserves the right to retain payment for the work already completed.

6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must contact us within 7 days of purchase by emailing our support team at: jay@pixelncode.com

Please include your order details, payment receipt, and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

7. Policy Updates
Pixelncode reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
